The 70 Luxmill Flats are professionally designed to make the most out of the different spaces. Fully furnished, high standard, ensuite and ready to welcome its very first tenant.

Included in every flat are:

- High standard bathroom with shower
- Eating area with table and chairs
- Salon with TV
- Bed, closet and storage places

The Hygge

A comfortable 30 square metre flat both in a Scandinavian or an industrial design.

The Suite

A spacious 60 square metre flat.

The Cubby

A cosy 24 square metre flat.

03 Interested?

Application Process

The application process for our flats will open in the Summer of 2020 and moving in is planned for mid 2021.

Of all the applications, Luxmill will prioritize a series of candidates, ranging from the PHD student to those who make their first entry on the employment market and the daredevils who try to leap into entrepreneurship.

Basically anyone who cannot afford to put too much thought and effort into housing arrangements and nesting. The only way to find out if you qualify is to apply.
