Our Mission
As the people’s wellbeing is at the heart of our philosophy, Luxmill is also called the Wellbeing Factory. It is our core belief that a balanced lifestyle is crucial for anyone’s health and happiness. This is why we made it our mission to create the best working and living environment for our Luxmillians and guests. We make it a priority to combine different facilities, carefully selected to fit our concept, and to make them accessible to everyone, young and old.

1. Shops & Restaurants
Location: Ground Floor
Luxmill has a total of 1420 square metres of Groundfloor space and an additional 450 square metres mezzanine option which will be filled with vibrant new shops and restaurants that share our philosophy of health and wellbeing. From small specialised restaurants to a grocery, Luxmill will welcome any business which is serious about good food and drinks.

Location: The White Building – 5 floors
The first Luxmillians will move into our brand new, high standard, fully furnished and equipped flats by mid 2021. 70 flats spread over 5 floors, ranging in size from small to comfortably large will make our residents feel at home right away. Applications for our flats are not yet accepted, but while you wait, you are allowed to have a peek.

Location: Rooftop
The Luxmill Health or Sports Centre is not your classic gym, but we will get you in shape! We offer an array of different classes, ranging from relaxing yoga to high intensity workout that can be joined on a flexible no contract basis. All of this happens in our 4 large spaces and a rooftop terrace overseeing Belval. So join us for a rooftop sunrise yoga class...or a delicious smoothie!

Location: 4th floor
The fourth floor of the Luxmill building hosts our Conference Centre. 4 spaces of different sizes and capacity are provided to host any of your meetings and events. State of the art high tech equipment are part of the deal as well as catering facilities.

Location: 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor
Our very own Luxmill Cowork Space is designed to make you and your project succeed. A fully equipped workspace that you can join either on a flexible day to day basis or make it your permanent office.
